Itinerary
Day 1: Delhi to Varanasi (Dep. New Delhi at 0600 hrs / Arr. Varanasi at 1400 hrs)
Arrive Varanasi and transfer to hotel / Evening visit to Ghat to see Ganga Aarti
Today, early in the morning, enjoy a Vande Bharat train journey to Varanasi, which will take approximately 8 hours.
(Tea / snacks and meals are served on the train as per the fixed menu by Indian Railways). On arrival at Varanasi railway station, you will be met by our driver/representative and transferred to your hotel.
Varanasi, formerly known as Benares, is the most popular pilgrimage point for Hindus and one of the seven holiest cities. Later, you will proceed to visit the ghats, crossing the local market (Note - You have to walk through the market for 500–800 meters and a few down steps to reach the ghats), and witness the evening Aarti on the Ganges, performed by a group of priests in the evening at the ghat. They perform "Agni Pooja" (Worship of Fire), wherein a dedication is made to Lord Shiva, River Ganga, Surya (Sun), Agni (Fire), and the whole universe.

In the afternoon, we will continue our sightseeing tour of Sarnath on the outskirts of town, where the Buddha preached his first sermon in the Deer Park. It contains the most impressive remains, as well as a modern temple.
There are also the remains of a monastery and the beautifully polished Lion Capital of Ashoka. Visit the Park and Museum. Sarnath was made a centre of Buddhist worship by Emperor Ashoka in the 3rd century BC. You will get a chance to visit the Main Shrine and Ashoka's Pillar. In the evening, return to the hotel and enjoy leisure time.

Day 3: Drive to Ayodhya (230 Kms / 4–5 hours)
Today morning after an early breakfast at the hotel, drive to Ayodhya, which will take 4 to 5 hours. On arrival, check in at the hotel. Ayodhya is one of the major holy cities of Hinduism. It has a central role in the ancient Indian epic, the Ramayana, whose protagonist Lord Rama is God incarnated on Earth as the prince of Ayodhya. The epic describes Lord Rama's 14-year exile, his victory over evil, and his grand return with his wife Sita to Ayodhya to become king. This return to Ayodhya is celebrated as Diwali, the leading festival of hundreds of millions of Hindus worldwide. Consequently, Lord Rama's reign over Ayodhya and its surroundings, called Ram Rajya, is the epitome of good governance and moral society in the Hindu tradition. Ayodhya has come to symbolize inner peace, joy, and spiritual upliftment.
We will visit Ram Janam Bhoomi, Nageshwarnath Temple, Dashrath Ji ka Mahal, Ramkot, and Kanak Bhawan by walking through narrow lanes with a local guide.
Overnight stay at the hotel in Ayodhya.
